APONEH is a digital circular fashion marketplace operated by APONELLE LIMITED, a company incorporated in Kenya, that connects second-hand clothing suppliers, wholesalers, traders, resellers, and retail customers through a trusted digital platform.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the APONEH platform, including our website, marketplace services, digital tools, payment services, logistics coordination, and related services.

By accessing or using APONEH, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the platform.

Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

"APONEH", "we", "us", or "our" refers to APONELLE LIMITED and its platform services.

"Buyer" means any individual, reseller, trader, business, or customer purchasing products through APONEH.

"Supplier" means a verified seller, wholesaler, importer, or business listing products on APONEH.

"Reseller/Trader" means a business user purchasing inventory for resale.

"Products" means second-hand garments, apparel, textiles, and related items listed on the platform.

"Platform" means the APONEH website, applications, digital tools, and associated services.

Nature of APONEH Marketplace

APONEH operates as a marketplace that connects buyers and suppliers of second-hand fashion products.

APONEH does not manufacture, own, or produce all products listed on the platform. Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are supplied by independent third-party suppliers.

APONEH facilitates: product discovery; supplier verification; digital transactions; payment processing; escrow protection; logistics coordination; and marketplace support.

While APONEH takes reasonable steps to verify suppliers and improve transparency, buyers acknowledge that transactions may involve third-party sellers.
